Hi, I’m Maja

My fitness journey began with my life-long experience studying ballet. At the age of 18, I decided to shift my focus from ballet to strength training.

After graduating from U.W. - Madison in 2022, with a Bachelors in Science in Kinesiology—Exercise and Movement Science, I began my career as a personal trainer. With a passion for improving mental toughness, strength training soon became my specialty. Ballet taught me an individuals abilities and strength are much more mental than physical. If we push through our mental barriers, we can accomplish so much more than we thought.
